What can I tell you, I’m bougie and proud of it. Now when I say bougie, what I mean by that is I know what I want, I know what I like (and don’t like), I know what my expectations are and I go through MY life expecting them to be met…at all times…What’s wrong with that?? \(._.)/

Anyway this blog is an outpouring (errrm perhaps trickle may be more apt) of some of my thoughts, a collection of anecdotes, things that have caught my eye, things I endorse, things the so-called ‘bougie’ in me aspires to or simply co-signs 🙂 , things that make me smile/laugh/cry with laughter to things that genuinely cause me to despair for the plight and lifestyle of the Basic (i.e. those who are all too keen to maintain their stunted status quo)…

Bougie is not a lifestyle choice, its a state of mind, you see better you want better, you know better you do better and so with that said I believe that we all have a little bougie in us, I’m just not afraid to embrace mine…don’t blame me, blame it on the bougie!! #BIOTB 😀
